My short lived tolerance for Winter has ended, all I can think is 'please let Summer begin', it's only January so I think I will be leaping for joy come the days of long afternoons and sunshine. Grumpy Maisy has taken over - occupying my mind with thoughts such as: 'I hate wearing tights, I hate waking up in the dark and I miss shorts'. My mother and I have booked our first sun and sand holiday since '06 and I can't wait, we have booked to go to the lovely Elounda, Crete for a session of much-needed relaxation. So when the sky has been looking gloomy I am thinking of the sun lounger waiting for me in Crete.
School work is piling up to the point where I literally feel like piling up the books around me and hiding, if only I had a few more arms I'm sure I would get it all done! This weekend I have two Spanish essays, textiles essay, painting and needlepoint final to complete. Let's hope I can get through Friday without too many more deadlines.
